1. Our Services

We offer professional certification programs in international trade and logistics. A purchase provides an enrollment code that grants access to the applicable examination, together with supporting materials depending on the package selected.

Enrollment codes are valid for redemption within twelve (12) months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Upon successfully passing the examination, you are issued an official certificate with a unique certificate number.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including your legal full name, which appears on any certificate issued to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We currently accept payment by US bank transfer (ACH / wire). When you check out, Stripe provides transfer instructions. Your order is confirmed and your enrollment code is delivered once the transferred funds have cleared, typically within one to three business days.

You are responsible for any bank fees associated with your transfer. Orders for which payment is not received may be canceled.

4. Enrollment Codes and Certificates

Enrollment codes are for single use by the purchasing candidate and may not be resold or transferred. Certificates are issued in the candidate's name upon successful completion of the examination and remain the property record of the issuing body.

We reserve the right to revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of examination rules. Revoked certificates are marked accordingly on our verification page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the operation of the website, cheating on examinations, or misrepresenting your certification status.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, examinations, and certificate designs are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that certification will result in employment or any particular professional outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
